I booked the hotel and pre-paid the hotel through Hotels.com. My flight arrived in RUH at around 20.00 so I was at the hotel at around 21.15. When I tried to check-in, they informed me, since I did not check-in until 18.00 they gave my room to someone else and the hotel is now fully booked. When I asked them to use their WIFI and for support to find another hotel, they called the Security and asked me to leave the hotel immediately. There was no support provided.

This property has a lot of problems. I think it’s an old property water in the bathroom is very difficult to get an average hot and cold water is going to be very hot or very cold. Nothing in the middle. Every room has only three hangers for the core jackets that you have First night we didn’t have any so I had to order it second night they didn’t put shampoo. They are very stingy on the towels.

الفندق بشكل عام جميل و مرتب ريحة اللوبي و الممرات جميله المعطر بكل مكان عزل الصوت جدا جميل مع انه على شارع الملك فهد قربه من اغلب الاماكن وسهولة الوصول له لكن يعيبه نقص الاهتمام بالنظافه يعني لاحظت لعض المخدات وسخه و الارضيه فيها بقعتين Good and quite , near in most important places but should be take care for cleaning
