The whole hotel stunk of smoke, utterly disgusting. Even in the non-smoking rooms the air con blew out disgusting air, standard rooms look out to a wall. There should be a disclaimer if staying at this hotel. Good variety of food, but the hot food was cold which was a shame. Limited food options, couldn't have breakfast as it wasn't served until 7am and I left at 630 to work. Room service was the same, 45 mins for anything. At the coffee shop you couldn't get a drink until 12pm. There was a lot of issues with this hotel, would not recommend to anyone.

The staff made this hotel. They couldnt do enough for you. I wiuld definitely stay here again. My only not so good poinr was the gym was only open for women between 12 and 4pm. As i was there for business, it meant I wasnt able to use the gym. I book hotels based on them having a gym so it would be good to have this made clear

Nice room but service not so good

We stayed here for 7 nights. This hotel was just an okay stay. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The food was really good. Unfortunately, the service was less than ordinary. We had face towels and a bath robe in our room the first night that they never replaced. We asked the front desk and they said they would return them…but asking 3 times a row, we just gave up and didn’t ask again. (By the way, they were never replaced.) We were never greeted once entering the hotel. Matter of fact, even going to the front desk asking for help seemed like a chore for the staff. In the lobby area, we had to ask for service as no one ever asked us what we needed. There was also a mix up with breakfast being included in our room. We were told it was sorted when we paid our bill. After looking at the itemized list, they did indeed charge us when they said they hadn’t. (This was sorted and returned to us but we were glad we double checked them.) We also paid for a city view and had a view of a wall…no city view in sight. (Picture attached of our ‘city view’) We are pretty ‘easy to please’ and we were really disappointed in our stay. Like I mentioned, the room was nice and comfortable…so if good service isn’t a big deal to you, then I recommend this hotel. However, we won’t be staying here again.
