Nice and convenient location

It was overall a good experience staying in Centro, Olaya. It is located at a convenient location from where metro is easily accessible, decent restaurants are located nearby and there is a shopping mall in close vicinity. I would specially like to mention about Hajar, who is very courteous and customer oriented

The hotel and staff were quite nice. I spent two days. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. A variety to chose from. Overall a great stay, would definitely return whenever visiting Riyahd. Special thanks to Ibrahim who assisted me with my luggage and was very helpful providing places of interest to visit.

Nice place to stay. Swimming pool and the rest area on the 8th floor are good, and you can enjoy great views from there. Staff is very friendly. Housekeeping is very professional and attentive. Saudi coffee and flavored ice water at the reception every day. Walking distance to western fast food like KFC, local caffes, grocery stores and a shopping mall. Worked well for me.

The hotel has a wonderful roof top bar, where I can enjoy a nice view of Al-Faisaliah tower, and cafeteria in GF as well. Also, the breakfirst was also perfect for me! Hope to stay again when my next visit for Riyadh.

Beware of being charged twice for the same room.

Paid via Hotels.com/Expedia and then charged again on check-in having been told Expedia didn’t go through. Checked my statement and have indeed been charged twice. Today charged a third time for one night. Hotels.com promised a refund in 72 hours and still not forthcoming
