Surprisingly, one of the best experiences I had in Riyadh hotels. Technology is sadly not close to what today’s hotels should offer to guests, but I am totally satisfied with elegant furniture, plenty power outlets that are wisely located, and quality shower/bathroom. I will certainly consider this property once again in future.

The facility is clean, however the services need to be improved. I was contacted to by the hotel staff asking me to pay in advance through a direct transfer or they will cancel my booking !

The keys of the rooms do not work sometimes so you have to go to the recieption to reactivate the key. Swimming pool was not available. The cost is high according to the servieces.

Need to have a staff who can speak English. Hot water is very limited time only, 3mins No breakfast available in the restaurant. Breakfast quality is quite low

It was one of worst nights ever.!! My room overlooks to building under construction and the engine sounds have gone up 5.30am The breakfast in the room was served very rudimentary and inappropriate way, without spoon or forks, without table also, it was placed on a desk!!!!! Finally, the reception staff is very respectful and helpful but has nothing to do with it..
