Great Little Ski Vacation

Great little gem only seven hours from Halifax. Chalets are cute and comfortable and only a two minute ski to the chair lift! Absolutely nothing to do when the hill closes at 4:00 so bring your groceries and fun.

The cottage was well equipped for a very wonderful stay right at the foot of the mountain. The kitchen had everything we need to make nice meals. This particular cabin did not have a tv…but we actually preferred it…more time to talk and spend quality time together.

I got away from it all

Tranquil setting when the lifts are closed through the week. Exceptional powder day to skin up. Next year I will bring my ice skates.

We loved our stay at Pin Rouge! The hill was steep enough for some challenging runs and we stayed in a Chalet right by the lift. Make sure to get food on your way because the nearest grocery store is about a 20 min drive away. I do wish the chalets all had televisions in them though. Ours didn’t so we brought a small one from home to stream a movie on in the evening but I do find it odd they don’t have a tv in each chalet.
