"This hotel looked nice in the pictures. Very deceiving. The carpets in the hallway were incredibly stained. The carpet in the dining room was very dirty. There was an awful smell in the hallway as well. Locking our hotel room was very frustrating… we had to get a hotel staff to show us how to lock ..."
