「The food was excellent and a great choice of drinks. The rooms are tired and small and dont get cleaned every day. The hallways were particularly dirty with stained carpets. Then they only do bins and make beds. They never removed any dirty cups or glasses during our stay. The concept is amazing and some parts are outstanding whilst others require a lot of attention.」

「To improve: Considering that Alps is visited by people from around the globe it would be great to have the information in English too as not everyone will speak French. Someone to be at the reception to offer support throughout the stay. No bin bags. Also we were expected to clean the room which we did, but the cloth to wash the floors could not be any more disgusting.
