The room and other facilities, including the pool and spa, are fantastic and a real bonus in a city centre hotel. Already looking forward to next time!"

"Visited with teen grandson in August, temp in low 30’s very hot. Room temp is set at reception so requested that it be turned down to mid/low 20’s which was done but kept resetting to a higher temp! Room was quite small and had two single beds even though I had booked two twins, queried at reception but was told that counts as a twin?? However, overall hotel was comfortable, welcoming and clean with very friendly personable staff. Would recommend despite my moans as very convenient with great transport links.."
