"The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay Staff was very helpful and understanding when it cames to satisfying our needs regarding the restaurant we ate at. They went the extra mile for make sure we were please, and they gave us credit and free meals. You don't find that at many hotels. The room was beautiful. Everyday they came in and cleaned the room.
