"The free breakfast was excellent. We are taking a roadtrip from CA to FL, and this is the best breakfast out of 8 hotels so far. The pillows were perfect - not over- filled, really comfortable. "

"2 star motel with 5 star service. At first glance, it looks like other motels. Look again. The grounds are well manicured, and not a piece of trash. The pool area looks like it belongs in a more expensive hotel. Everything is clean and well designed. Breakfast surpassed anything else in this price range. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. A special shout out to Courtney! All in all, an excellent stay. I have paid a lot more for less."
"Very convenient to everything, there were shopping, restaurants, parks, etc closed by - 3 minutes from six flags and about 7 minutes to downtown Eureka. We felt very safe and peaceful in the area, definitely will come back around this area. "

"Convenient overnight stop both going and coming back on our trip. Sister joined us on return, and we all were very satisfied. Well kept up property and good value for the price. Staff was helpful. Elevator working, sufficient space in rooms, internet easy to get, comfortable beds. Liked the popcorn in the evenings and having the bath mat available to help avoid slipping. The only difficulty was the very low toilet which makes it hard for seniors to get down and get back up. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs, apples, cereal, waffles to make--good selection for us. Overall, a fine night's stay each time. "

This is an older property that has been upgraded and is in great condition. "It's a motel along the highway...you know it's not the Ritz. But this small property is maintained very well. It's clean and the area around the hotel is mowed and kept tidy. The staff and manager are excellent. I was staying there while at a dog show so had my Dalmatian with me. Upon check-in, they made sure I had a room near an exterior door for easy outside access. They were always kind and responsive. Another guest hit my car in the parking lot (elderly gentleman) and did not try to contact me. Management went above and beyond to review camera footage to find "whodunit." The security cameras are excellent and we did identify the other guest. The manager also stayed with me in the parking lot when I approached the other guest for insurance information. This may be a small, simply motel, but they sure understand customer service. "
