"The room was clean but there was a musty/smoke smell in both rooms (family suite) making the stay unpleasant and hard to breathe, kicking up allergies. The staff did come in to clean and change out the vent filters but the smell never went away even with the windows left open for hours."

"We have stayed here so many times before and never once been advised if a pet deposit! We did not even arrive until after midnight and the guy was kind of rude about a 100 pet fee. Again news to me. What I do like here is they have a nice breakfast and tons of rooms and it is a lovely clean hotel. ..."
