"There were cockroaches in our room. We stayed one night and when we woke up to check out there were roaches in the sleeping area and bathroom. I told the person at the front desk and she said someone from management would contact me. The front desk person was nice, and obviously there was nothing she could do to fix the problem, but I never heard from management. We’ve stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns over the years and this is the first time we’ve encountered roaches. "

"Breakfast was good, the parking lot was and seemed safe, only issue was that the hot water went out for over 10hrs and we had worked all day so we needed a shower and didn’t get to shower until the next day which was really unfortunate , other than that we had a decent stay. "
