「Bridgepointe has come back strong after being hammered by Hurricane Florence. The storm took out the hotel's marina, and its future is still in question, but everything else was top-notch. It's close to everything, has great views, service was superb and property was spotless.」

「My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway.」

「Great facility, great Italian restaurant 2 doors down. Lots of history on display in the B&B. Breakfasts ranged from good to great, all fresh-made on site. Coffee and soft drinks gratis on first floor.」

「This property was a delightful place to stay. I have rated as 5-star across the board. The only detraction was that the majority of the house is on a single thermostat, thus you cannot control the temperature in your room and our room was cooler than we would have preferred. We were told that if we were to stay here again, ask about the one or two rooms that DO have a separate thermostat.」

Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. 「This hotel and it's staff were very helpful to my wife and I during a very difficult time. Booked this hotel during my mother's funeral and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. 3 days straight our flights back to Rhode Island was canceled due to lack of an itinerary and all 3 times they accommodated our stay on a moments notice. Not only did we have to rebook the room, we had to rebook our rental as well. We became so well known to staff that it felt as though we knew them...

「The room was not clean: the floor was gross, there was dog hair on the sheets and pillow cases, the shower had hair and it was stopped up and flooding. The staff was okay.」

「Everything was great with two exceptions ice machines should be on every floor, my wife had her shoulder replaced and getting ice on the first floor from the fifth floor was a chore.
