"The area is very nice. The hotel lobby is nice and clean, but the room seemed a little outdated. When we arrived, we had to change rooms because there were dirty towels left in the room. The desk table was sticky and hadn’t been wipe down. The manager was nice and switched out rooms and gave me a free voucher for breakfast. The lady at the desk I think could be a little nicer, instead of handing me my drivers license in my hand as I had my hand out she tossed it to me. I found that a little rude. They charge $10 for parking a day, which I didn’t know about until checking in. They charge $15 for breakfast and it’s the same exact breakfast that they used to give out free. Bed was comfortable. Towels are nice. "

"When I first arrived the first thing I said is the pictures must’ve been old. It looks cheap and the room was absolutely filthy. We switched rooms twice and both rooms were not satisfying at all. The hot tub when we let the water run let out soapy foam and after that we were done. I say we were only there a good 20 minutes returned our keys and went home so disappointing. "

"The parking was fine. The issue was that the first room they gave me, the remote to the TV didn’t work and I took it to the front desk where she changed the batteries and it still didn’t work. Went back and she gave me another remote, went back to the room and that remote didn’t work. My brother and sister came out to visit and he took the remote and she gave me another room . Got to that room and the microwave didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work the entire time either. "

"The 1st rm the heater wasn’t working, 2nd rm blow dryer blew up, no conditioner in the shower and no lotion"

"The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay."

"One they wouldnt give us extra blankets, instead they offered us a rollaway bed for $15. Sec. They charged me twice to switch dates and a smaller room. Last the power went out and did not get a refund back after we choose to leave because they didn't know when the power came back on. "

"Hotel had no power and was closed when we got there at 12:30AM. No staff at front door. No one answering phones. No communication from hotel. We had to find another hotel at 12:45AM and still haven’t been able to get ahold of this hotel or the hotel group to make sure we are not charged for this reservation. On top of that Expedia has been extremely unhelpful in dealing with this because the AI chat bot just loops back on itself repeatedly"
