「Bed so comfortable didn’t want to get out of it. Staff amazing food great. Would definitely stay again. Although I put isolated you did need transport although there was a bus stop outside.」

「It was a lovely stay, just one night before a day at bike park wales. I was told to leave the bike in the hall way and it was fine there. Parking was tight with a bike rack on so i dropped it to get the car over as far as i could. The room was beautifully decorated, bed comfy, shower amazing and the whole place was quiet. 」

「Lovely clean room, satnav found location but there were shrubs over the brown sign so it took us a little while to find the accommodation. Key lock Box worked well giving us flexibility for check in.」

「Booked it same day, the room was on the 4th floor and as it was during the heatwave, was a bit warm, they did provide us with couple of fans that helped. It was a lovely room with a sofa, TV and vanity table. A nice view of trees and sunset. It was clean everywhere. 」

「The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.」

「The staff were so friendly and helpful on arrival. They helped with check in and were knowledgeable! They had also gone the extra mile for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday; adding a not, balloons, and gift. Honestly it was such a lovely surprise! 」

「My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.」
