"Room and hotel were decent. My family stayed here as the offer an airport shuttle. When i called, I was told they offer 24 hour shuttle service. However, upon check in I was notified that the shuttle wasn't available for our 430am needs. Ended up having to park at the airport for eight days. Was an expense not included in our travel budget. "

"Freeway side is a bit noisy, you are very close to the interstate. Heating cooling is easy to use but display is bright in a dark room. Also, no switch from heat to cool, so if you change temp, it might immediately start cooling after heating or vice versa. I don't like that."

"We have always chosen to stay at this hotel when flying out, mainly because of the convenient park-and-fly option and airport shuttle. It’s very helpful to be able to leave our car at the hotel, and it’s more affordable than airport parking. However, during our most recent stay, we arrived back in Bozeman around midnight and called the front desk, as we usually do, to request the airport shuttle. To our surprise, we were informed that the shuttle no longer operates in the evening and now only runs from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM. As a result, we had to arrange an Uber to get back to the hotel. While we’ve appreciated this hotel in the past, the limited shuttle hours are a significant inconvenience. We will likely consider other hotels with evening airport shuttle service for future trips."
