「Hot tub was broken upon arrival but they quickly got it fixed and was wonderful! Check in was easy and friendly, room was clean and comfortable and very nice! Loved the pillows! Breakfast was okay but also free so no complaints there… they had cereal, oatmeal, some hot foods like eggs and sausages, and of course, coffee. Would absolutely stay here again! 」

「The room was amazing, but the staff was even more wonderful. Stephanie check me in. She did an amazing job complementary water was given and they made sure that parking even though it was overwhelming made it easy for me to park. Breakfast was amazing. Miss Pat is marvelous in the kitchen And because of the great customer service that I have had with my stay, I will definitely be back and recommend them to any and everyone that I know that is coming to Jacksonville Florida.」

「Very nice clean Hotel. You can walk to a great breakfast place call Benchwarmers, and mcdonald's, and Wendy's, and Dollar Tree, and Circle K, and Aldi grocery store. The manager Pree is very friendly.」

「My wife as you will know reading my reviews is very particular, things need to be clean!! She always takes a bleach wipe to clean everything! This room was clean! No complaints except there was a smell in bathroom like someone used it, Blamed each other but it wasn’t us. The trash was overflowing near the elevator but it was not a huge deal! 」

「Rooms need some attention. Mold in bathroom. Toilet is very wobbly not attached to the floor. Bed wasn’t bad but new mattresses (no springs) would be better. We had 2 stays in a week different rooms same issues. one of the rooms we discovered live roaches the last night and we discovered many dead ones around the fridge cubbie. Staff was so nice! I might try it again but not soon.」
