"Was clean and tidy. Didn’t have control of the temperature. Radiator was blasting hot on a mild evening and couldn’t turn it off. The shower mixer didn’t work, was coming out the bath tap as well as the shower and the temperature gauge very temperamental"

"Freezer was fully iced up so I had to defrost it. Incredibly noisy due to neighbours doors. Very warm in summer. Overall ok but not for business. Woman kept giving me the wrong apartment on arrival. Area isnt nice too, next to a pub with a lot of reprobates"
