When we arrived we were not shown to our room, and were told it was on a different road we took ages to find it, and were given conflicting information by different staff members as to where to go. There were lots of shards of glass around the pool and loungers this this was still visible the following day. There did not...

「Very helpful staff, even though there is no one on site. Communicated through email and phone . But helpful」

「This is a charming B and B run by a friendly and helpful couple. It is in a great area which is quiet at night but close to everything. Very walkable to bus station, with many great restaurants nearby. There is a wonderful breakfast of fresh croissants, fruit, yogurt, cheese, juice and coffee. The cappuccino is delicious.」

「I love the spacious suite」

「Great location. Cleaning lady was super helpful when first checking in. Parking available through the booking, which was very helpful. Property is clean with a comfy bed and air conditioning. Great location.」

「Un po deludente perché le foto mostravano sfarzo e modernità invece complessivamente la struttura è vecchia Le camere datate anni 70 La posizione è bella」

「The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers.」
