Photo sur hotel .com ,ne sont pas la réalité ,elles ne sont pas d ibis budget.d'ou une déception . Bizn moins bien.telecomande de tv qui fonctinne mal,ampoules grillèes. Porte de douche sui s ouvre fasse a la porte d'entrée !!. Autrement bonne propreté et personnel très agréable

Que dire de l accueil... Après 6 h de route je revenais d'Espagne pour aller sur Paris j'ai donc décidé de faire une halte à Riom j'entre dans l'ibis sans savoir que ce n'était pas le bon j'ai du dérangé le jeune homme qui était assis à l'extérieur et qui s'est montré condescendant à mon égard... J'avais simplement omis de dire que j'avais réservé sur ibis budget ( fatigue oblige) Un peu de courtoisie ou ne serait ce qu'un sourire est toujours appréciable.....
