We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, the room was super comfortable, and the breakfast had really good options to choose from. A wonderful experience overall, we would happily stay here again!

Front desk personnel, Belen and Maria were very pleasant and helpful . Very friendly too. But the other guys , not friendly.

Very well run hotel with courteous and efficient service just around the corner from Tribunal Metro station and within walking distance from restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

I arrived very late, around 11:30 PM, and requested a late checkout since the standard checkout time was 11:00 AM, but my request was denied. Overall, the hotel was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located near both the airport and my event venue. However, getting into the city via public transportation was inconvenient, so I had to rely on taxis for transportation.
