「Breakfast was great , the staff was very friendly,,the pool area was very clean, we enjoyed the pool . Room was clean and modern. Property was central location. Short distance to SM mall. Great experience 」

「It was located in a quiet neighbourhood. The food is really local. Staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel itself feels very local. The only problem is the water, so little coming out from the shower. But. Overall, I highly recommend it.」

「The faucets are loose and about to fall off when you turn to open water. The air-conditioning unit barely work, this the room is so hot. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. We were not comfortable at all thus we had to check out 3 days earlier. I can commend the staff though , they are helpful and try to accommodate to requests but with limited resources they can only do so much. The location is good.」

「well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated...

「I want to be fair. this is a budget hotel. The main issue was the excessive street noise. we checked in and within 10 minutes checked out. If all you want is a bed with little expectation to sleep then this will work 」

The pool is the main attraction which is central to the rooms and overlooks the beach. The amenities are perfect to do activities such as a tennis court, couple gardens, the beachfront, a restaurant and convenience store.
