「Fantástico 」

「This hotel is a proper find! A lovely, peaceful oasis, filled with a myriad of beautiful plants and trees. Everywhere you look are interesting objects and bric a brac, all collected by the owner. The breakfast was excellent - a good variety of offerings and scrambled eggs on request. We were made to feel very welcome by the owner, even though we turned up late. N.B. The only negative - no fault of the hotel - the address given on the Expedia site is wrong! It takes you to a private house about...

「Melissa was a very accommodating and welcoming host. We had a lovely stay at By the Sea and wish we could have stayed longer. The bathroom was clean and the room was nicely decorated. There was even a hanger to put on the balcony to dry our clothes. The restaurant downstairs was delicious and everything was close by. 」

「It was a travel in time kind of experience, you can feel the serenity and walking through the wide hallways and getting into the room was like getting inside a real monastery room. The ambiance was minimalist and peaceful.」

「酒店位置最初是比較難找, uber不能正確定位的. 是在城牆內的, 但走到主街很近. 不建議拖行李箱, 建議是較輕便的行裝到訪. 前台友善有禮, 也樂於幫助. 房間整潔, 露台是對著城牆, 沒什麼景觀. 浴室熱水有些不穩定. 但整體還是不錯的.」

John called at four to remind me, and when I got lost a few blocks from the hotel, he guided me effortlessly. It is an older hotel, but clean, comfortable and welcoming. 「Hotel fantástico, cheio de charme e muito aconchegante. O atendimento do José foi fantástico, super atencioso e muito prestativo. Pena que foi apenas uma noite e não conseguimos usar a piscina, mas pelo que vimos é bem agradável. O café da manhã com muita variedade.」

「Very well appointed inside, room was clean and very comfortable. Grounds are a nice size and comfortable to walk around. No having to go out to the street and deal with reaffic. Really enjoyed the pool area also; not a primary reason for staying, we found it a great place to relax. Breakfast was a treat as well. 」
