"The property itself is visually appealing and offers a spacious environment. Breakfast is adequate, although somewhat limited in variety, and overall cleanliness meets basic expectations. However, the stay was compromised by a clear failure in reservation management. We booked a luxury double room, yet upon arrival we were assigned a standard room, which does not align with the confirmed reservation. After raising the issue, we were informed that no appropriate room was available and were offered a double room with two standard beds, which does not constitute a comparable replacement. More concerning was the suggestion that we should have booked two separate rooms, despite having made a reservation that included a couple with a child. This response indicates a lack of accountability and a misunderstanding of basic customer expectations. The matter was reported during the stay, but no effective resolution was provided. While the physical structure of the hotel is satisfactory, the inconsistency between what is sold and what is delivered, combined with the handling of the situation, significantly impacts the overall experience. Not aligned with the expected standard."

Carol and her team — Lucas Jacinto, Matheus, Son, Amanda, Rivaldo, Alexandre, Ricardo (Everyone on Her Team) — and also the outstandingly courteous, professional, and friendly team at the hotel’s restaurant (Compota) — Lucas, Augusto, and remaining team members, always go above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold. The attention to detail, from personalized service to ensuring everything is perfect (including parking space), is exceptional. Thank you for making my stay a personal and comfortable one, and for always treating me with the utmost respect and kindness. Agradeço a Deus por vocês. Que Ele abençoe a todos vocês sempre.
