酒店临街，大堂很小，但服务生都很棒，多数能听懂英语，房间布局合理，床单和被子略差，房间视野很好，临近有大街小巷可以散步，附近有美术博物馆。酒店早餐超级棒，服务生尤其好。

飯店櫃台的英文真的不太好, 要花好長時間溝通, 我訂是一張大床房, 飯店一開始給我的是二張小床房, 超小又超舊的房間, 我要求換一張大床, 才換了間還可以的房間, 因為週末去, 所以附近沒有一間店開門, 連水都買不到, 飯店早餐晚餐也不怎麼樣, 好像在里約大都是如此!

I chose this hotel because of it's location to the cruise port. This was a mistake. When the hotel warns you to stay in the lobby until your taxi/uber arrives tells you about the area. Should have stayed in Copacabana. While i had a noisy fan in my room, i did enjoy my stay. Someone complained about the lack of english. While They should have their information manuals translated into English as it is the international travel language. (Just go to Tokyo to see the signs are in English). It is costing them revenue as i would have made some additional purchases if i knew some of the prices. As far as breakfast buffets go, it's okay. I hate when hot dogs are called sausages. While I loved the array of fresh fruit, I hated the ham and cheese sandwiches. i ordered soup for dinner and it was great. They serve it with a basket of garlic bread. I think that the practise of the waiters sharing the tip with the kitchen staff should be adopted every where. i doubled the service charge or tip because if the soup. I wish i could have tried the dinner biffet. The pool on the roof is very impressive and i enjoyed being up there.

Boa relação custo benefício
Hotel confortável e bem localizado, principalmente para viagens a negócios. Atendimento da equipe diferenciado, bom café da manhã. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado do quarto, foi resolvido com uma solução paliativa mas funcional. Já agendei o retorno futuro.

The location was perfect for the carnaval Less was; Breakfast could be still 11 instead of 10. More people at the counter who speaks engish. Such a big concern as Windsor. Give your personel at the counter free Engish lessons.

Rooms are clean and the hotel is located near the sambadrome, which is convenient. Also breakfast is also very good and offers a lot of options. However, the neighborhood is really bad. A few patrons that we met during our trip got mugged twice right outside the hotel. We did the other Windsor in Copacabana for the most part and then this one and I can say that copacabana is a far better neighborhood to stay at. Taxis and Ubers are cheap here too. Will be avoiding Centro in the future unless to go to sambadrome.

Hotel is very central in Rio with good transportation options to different places, however the area is limited, unsafe. Hotel is good, good breakfast, room is good size but outdated. Offers park in lot under a fee. I will stay again

Hotel bom com diárias caras
O hotel é bom, mas não vale a diária paga. Bem localizado para mim que ia para o pier mauá, mas não voltaria. A cama não é das melhores, mas o restante do quarto estava bom. Agora o restaurante é uma surpresa bem desagradável. Hotel é grande e o restaurante pequeno. O café da manhã é muito cheio e chega a ser desanimador. O jantar é um rim de caro e sem graça. 90 reais num buffet livre com variedades bem mais ou menos.

Estadia ok, café da manhã muito bom. Porém quando realizamos o check in que seria de 7 dias, nos colocaram em um quarto de final 14 o qual se ouvia o barulho do elevador o dia todos. Ficamos 3 diárias nele e tentamos 2 vezes mudar durante os dias e só na 3 tentativa tivemos sucesso. Soubemos pelos funcionários do hotel que geralmente eles põe os hóspedes nestes quartos quem está de passagem de 1 diária no máximo, nos colocaram neste quarto inferior ao nosso. Após nos colocaram no quarto que deveriam ter posto porém o frigobar não estava funcionando. Solicitamos serviço de quarto que seria 2 refrigerantes que não estavam no frigobar e para nossa surpresa veio um com a lata totalmente amassada e iria nos cobrar por 2 se não tivéssemos visto. A piscina estava suja no primeiro dia nas bordas. E a academia não é o que mostram, está totalmente desgastada e mal conservada. Cobram por tudo no hotel exemplo até pares de talheres caso necessitem. Longe das praias, bem no centro perto da baía do RJ. Experiência decepcionante do hotel o qual aparentemente tinha boas avaliações, sejam sinceros pessoal, isso teria mudado minha viagem de férias.
