I love staying in this hotel. Overall I have a great experience but mostly safe and secure all throughout my stay. Even if I am not a fan of far locations but safety is utmost importance.

Worst hotel ever!!! Linens ripped off Room dirty Sanitary seat loose Paid 3 nights stay 2. Spoke to front desk on the first night. They did nothing at all. Same room for the second night. Same dirty same linens not even the did the bed. Horrible

Os quatro travesseiros estavam sem fronha e o chão estava sujo (parece que passaram o pano sujo e ficou marcado) no quarto e no banheiro. Tinham áreas no quanto onde o piso estava com água. O box do banheiro (vidro) também estava sujo.

A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e gentil. Destaque pra recepcionista Mariana, que foi muito educada e solícita. Na limpeza, a única questão que deixou “a desejar” é em relação a limpeza do piso. Toalhas, cama, banheiro… tudo ok! Sugiro também que coloquem uma torneira para lavar os pés lá fora, para que os hóspedes que forem à praia não levem areia as outras acomodações do hotel. Café da manhã diversificado e maravilhoso! No geral, experiência bem positiva!

O hotel tem excelentes funcionários, muito educados e atenciosos, o café da manhã é bem gostoso, e adorei o horário super flexível iniciando às 04h da manhã. O quarto também confortável, mas achei com pouca iluminação. E com relação a oferta de almoço, achei pouquíssimas opções de prato principal, salada e sobremesa, dentro do valor que é cobrado, única coisa que achei que ficou a desejar. O lanche e a pizza muito saborosos.

Tive a sensação que o hotel falta uma gerência, tudo desarrumado, recepção muito barulhenta e suja, tive que pedir para mudar de quarto por causa do mal cheiro de gordura e mofo no banheiro. O carrinho de limpeza ficou o tempo todo no corredor dos elevadores, achei tudo muito bagunçado. Não recomendaria este hotel para ninguém .
