I had a great experience staying one night at Hotel Riale. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friends. All of them were accommodating and helpful: Francisco and Gabriel were the ones that took care of my check-in, João took our luggage and our check-out was done smoothly by Hugo and his co-worker (forgot his name). They were all exemplary and I would definitely stay there again.

Okay here is the drop on this hotel. The breakfast is not fire because they're doing pancakes and stuff now but they're not hip to syrup with pancakes but they got a lot of jellies. Fortunate for me I brought log cabin and maple syrup with me as usual. They generally have a very good breakfast but I was surprised to see the addition of pancakes and waffles. My stay was pleasant as usual with this hotel.

RELAXING

It's a pretty good state but one of the things that people might need to know is that because you're downtown and close to a water source like the beach when it rains get mosquito repellent or mosquito spray which you can find at the stores. What's great about this hotel is that has a market a minute down the street to the left and a fruit market same direction. It's a very convenient spot and you are right by the subway station as well.

We had a great stay at the Riale.. the hotel is a little old but it’s really good.. breakfast is great and the staff is very nice.. the location is great.. metro, grocery store is a waking distance. Actually you can have everything around the hotel.. I would definitely stay at the Riale again..

CONSISTENTLY A GREAT HOTEL!

The service is great here and it's a nice hotel. One of the things that may be important to many is that the parking is $r31.50 which on the current race equate to a little under $5.56-$6.00 a day extra.

WONDERFUL

The stay here was great but a little heads up for when it rains. It is best to go to the store and get either mosquito repellent or bug spray for immediately after a rainy day. And this is for anywhere downtown Rio. Other than that it's very pleasant. There is a lot of shops around the hotel.

GOOD SERVICE FROM THE FRONT TO THE CLEANERS

The service at this hotel was excellent from the front desk to the cleaning service. Even when they're a little issues the front desk is on it and solving it. You have a lot of hotels that are good when there are no problems but how are they if there's an issue and in this hotel is no problem cuz they handle them. Their maintenance staff is on point

The staff at this property are excellent! A special shout out to the cleaning staff that take care of the rooms. The cleaning staff does a very good job and the porters are very helpful as well. Overall the staff is excellent!

Hotel is very nice, a beautiful old building! All workers are very nice and helpful. I have only two points that I think the hotel can improve: Air conditioning is too loud. I think it would be better to have more options on the breakfast.

Affordable property with lots of amenities. The staff was very kind with us, especially considering our Portuguese was minimal. Pros: -feijoada buffet on Saturday was delicious and well worth the price -the heated pool is excellent, feels like a hot tub -comfortable rooms with strong air conditioning and nice shower -friendly and kind staff who go above and beyond in courtesy Cons: -elevator closes very quickly (I know it sounds like an odd complaint but I got in the elevator and pushed the button and it immediately closed the doors very quickly, my friend didn’t have time to get in with me and we were comedically split up for a moment. No time to react basically!) -floor was mildly dirty in our room—I didn’t find an issue but my friend commented about it more than once) -the hallways with the rooms were oddly long and narrow Overall the cons were so minor I didn’t want to subtract a star for them. Very satisfied with the stay!! I’d come stay again without any hesitation.

O ponto forte do hotel é sua localização, na Rua do Catete, próximo de farmácias, restaurantes e supermercados, além de ser uma área segura para andar a pé. No entanto, o hotel apresenta algumas falhas que precisam ser reestruturadas. O ar-condicionado era muito antigo, não tinha controle de temperatura e fazia muito barulho. A água do chuveiro não aquecia direito e as toalhas estavam sujas. A cama tinha os pés quebrados; quando me sentei na ponta, ela desabou. Durante minha estadia de três dias, apenas em um houve o recolhimento do lixo, e em nenhum deles foi realizada a limpeza do quarto. O café da manhã era muito básico, com poucas opções de bebidas e alimentos, mas, no geral, é razoável.

O hotel é razoável, os quartos são pequenos, com camas regulares, ar condicionado velho e barulhento, e um chuveiro instável. Mas tudo bem limpinho.
