I recently stayed at this hotel during a long layover and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Given the limited time we had to rest, a comfortable and cool room was crucial, but we encountered issues with the air conditioning system that made our stay far from enjoyable.
Check-in Process (★★★★☆):
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We appreciated their prompt service as we were eager to make the most of our limited time at the hotel.
Room Temperature (★☆☆☆☆):
Our dissatisfaction began when we entered our room and noticed that it was unbearably hot. Hoping it would cool down, we turned on the AC and set it to 17 degrees Celsius. However, the room temperature remained at a scorching 27 degrees throughout the night. We tried various adjustments to the AC, but nothing seemed to make a difference.
Sleep Quality (★☆☆☆☆):
The inability to control the room temperature significantly impacted our sleep quality. We were unable to sleep comfortably, which was the primary reason we booked a hotel during our layover. It was incredibly disappointing that we couldn't get the rest we desperately needed.
We chose not to reach out to the front desk for assistance due to our limited time, as we didn't want to waste precious moments addressing an issue that should have been resolved beforehand.
