Quarto imundo; ar condicionado cheio de poeira, móveis com poeira e marcas de copos. Quarto cheio de fios de cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores. Toalhas finas e duras igual uma lixa. Funcionários pouco simpáticos. Wi-Fi ruim. Quarto do segundo andar extremamente barulhento.

Midas tem que melhorar

Chegamos no quarto sujeira e cabelos nos cantos do mesmo. O lençol da cama com manchas. Solicitei troca chegamos de viagem tarde. Uma hora após recebi outro lençol que a minha esposa teve que teve que trocar e o mesmo não cabia na cama. É não havia cobertor! Tivemos que dormir enrolados em um sobrelençol numa noite fria de inverno. Desisti do pacote e nem o aplicativo e nem o Hotel quiseram se responsabilizar no cancelamento pois desisti de ficar nesse ambiente sujo e com péssimo atendimento. Assim perdi duas diárias e não fui reembolsado. Troquei de hotel para curtir o Rio.

Como não foi a primeira vez que fiquei no hotel já conhecia de todos os ambientes que era dispostos, nessa vez somente vale ressaltar o café da manhã que tava excelente, a eficiencia da equipe para resolver o imprevisto da falta de luz (a queda de uma arvore causou a falta de luz). Como pontos negativos ficam o defeito em um dos elevadores, a falta de toalhas por causa da lotação e algumas lampadas queimadas no quarto. No mais só experiencias positivas, ótima localização, staff ágil e solicito, diversas comodidades. Certamente retornarei

Hotel bem localizado ao lado de um pequeno centro comercial onde tem padaria, lanchonete, americanas, farmácia.... Porém o café da manhã do hotel é muito simples em relação aos demais hotéis da região. Falo isso porque já me hospedei a em vários na barra e o café da manhã do Midas é muito simples! No site quando fazemos a reserva, o quarto dispõe de pratos...copos e talheres.....porém nosso quarto não havia nem um copo sequer. Esses utensílios tiveram que ser solicitados na recepção e quando recebemos foi entregue um tipo de kit ....pratos....copos...e talheres descartáveis! Pra um hotel onde é tipo um flat isso é uma atitude lamentável e sem nenhum tipo de respeito ao hóspede. Em relação ao atendimento, percebemos que não estão preparados para atender qua do o hotel está cheio! Faltam atendentes na recepção onde observamos desorganização e mesmo os pedidos feitos e anotados pelos atendentes, não chegam e precisamos ficar pedindo novamente. Ao chegar no quarto, o mesmo só havia uma toalha de banho....toalha de rosto e tapetinho no box não haviam e faltava tbm uma toalha de banho. Tivemos que solicitar.

O hotel em si é bom mais o atendimento foi horrível pedimos limpeza de quarto que não aconteceu tivemos que ligar mais de uma vez pedindo toalha e papel higiênico e nada a ponto de ir na recepção para pedir e mesmo assim demorou o fornecimento a descrição diz que no quarto tem utensílios de cozinha(copo,prato e talheres) mentira nos arrumaram um descartavel de péssima qualidade.. Em fim esperava mais pelo hotel... Foi minha primeira hospedagem pq prefiro o Best Western(grand Midas)

O Hotel, o quarto, os funcionários são muito bons... Fiquem atentos somente para uma cobrança de diária pelo estacionamento que só é avisada na hora do check-in. Não está incluída na no valor da diaria. Pelo menos não vi em nenhum lugar do website EXPEDIA.COM.BR o aviso da existência desta cobrança extra.
