O hotel em si é muito bom, mas estão deixando a desejar. Quando chegamos a noite, o enxoval sempre está faltando cobertor e a noite dificilmente tem algum disponível. E em alguns quartos o ar condicionado faz muito barulho.

Muito insatisfeito com o hotel

Ruim, reservei um quarto vom uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro eles juntaram 2 camas de solteiro e disseram que era de casal, não tinha cobertores para nos cobrimos, pedi 3 vezes que providenciassem e não fui atendido dormimos no frio e sem cobertor e eu ví o atendente do turno da noite passando com vários cobertores para guardar liguei para recepção pedindo para resolver o meu problema ele disse que a lavanderia não tinha entregado os cobertores e que só entregariam entre 23:00 e 00:00 horas. O recepcionista não fez a menor questão de me ajudar.

Hotel agradável. Uma das poucas hospedagens boas em Nova Iguaçu/RJ. Único problema pra mim, foi a garagem hiper apertada. Quem for ruim de manobra, provavelmente irá encontrar mtas dificuldades em estacionar o carro. Fora isso, não tenho do q reclamar.

Bom custo benifício

Hotel localizado próximo ao shopping, instalações em boas condições e bem higienizado. Acesso ao estacionamento muito apertado, carros maiores podem não conseguir acessar o estacionamento. É necessária uma manobra em marcha a ré para conseguir acessar a rampa de descida. Café da manhã bom e o atendimento foi impecável.

O hotel em si é bom, porém os quartos são muito pequenos e as camas antigas. O estacionamento do hotel é extremamente apertado e o mesmo não tem manobrista. Café da manhã bem básico para o preço que cobram. O layout do hotel é de 4 estrelas, porém as acomodações e serviços são de 3 estrelas.

Bom custo benefício. Poderia melhorar na limpeza

Boa localização. Relação de custo benefício boa. Fiquei no 8º e último andar. Havia sinais de mofo no teto mas não senti cheiro ruim. Nada que prejudicasse a estadia. O principal ponto negativo foi a limpeza. Achei que havia uma trinca no espelho do banheiro. Quando coloquei o dedo percebi que era um cabelo que caiu sobre o lavatório. Também havia vários mosquitinhos no banheiro, algo que poderia ser resolvido com uma pulverização de um inseticida comum. Vi também cabelo no chão do quarto, sinal que poderia ter sido melhor limpo.

Horrível , pois ao chegar no hotel não tinha quarto disponível , tive que me descolar para outro da mesma franquia , porém eu arquei com o custo da locomoção além da situação nada confortável , achei um absurdo !!!
