The bed linen was filthy not even fitted sheet they put on the bed otherwise everything else is OK. They need to do better with the linen and the towel. I was there for seven days and not one day they have changed the flat sheet that they put on the bed, they just remade the bed

We booked a quadruple room but we asked to change rooms because the air conditioning was broken. The staff is friendly but the hotel must have a proper maintenance and renovation urgently!

Place is disgusting, molds every where, the only good thing here is the breakfast. My son is sick 😷 with asthma because of the mold’s. Customer service is horrible people work a day. He’s OK people work a night sucks rude very rude. They don’t care after you check in. I stay five days with my two boys. No towel for three days. The cleaning people took my towels never brought me another one back when I ask for a towel, they yell on me saying I was causing chaos just because a towel .

Positive points: 1- Location; 2- breakfast variety of foods (but there was no cheese bread /pão de queijo; 3- the pressure of of shower head. Negative points: 1- the hotel did not change the bedsheets of our room prior to our arrival. They checked us in to a room with dirty bedsheets. 2- the toilette bowl was dirty when we got at the room. 3- I had to beg for clean bedsheets, towels and pillows. 4- I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The first problem started with the waiter master (Adao ?) a very rude guy: I said "good morning" and asked for your name he in turn asked my room number I replied: "Good morning what is your name " Since I was going to stay a month I would like to know the names of the people. Well, he replied that he was not obligated to give his name, but when I told him that he was very impolite and that I was going to file a complaint with his manager, he ended up giving his name. The second problem is the pool, which looks like a small tank. The third problem is the lack of water in some apartments. Logically, I leave the hotel going to another one of the same chain, where I've already been for a month, the Atlantico Copacabana in Siqueira Campos, the people who work there are great. I hope my apartment will be ready soon so I don't have to use hotels anymore. O primeiro problema começou com o garçon metre (Adao ?) um cara muito mau educado: eu dei" bom dia "e perguntei o seu nome ele por sua vez perguntava o numero do meu quarto eu respondia : "Bom dia qual e o seu nome" ja que eu ia ficar um mes eu gostaria de saber o nome das pessoas. Bom ele me respondeu que nao era obrigado de dar o seu nome mas quando falei que ele um cara de muita falta de educacao e que eu iria fazer uma reclamacao para o seu gerente, acabou dando o seu nome. O segundo problema e a piscina que parece um tanque de tao pequena . O terceiro problema e a falta de agua em alguns apartamentos. Logicamente que sai .

Ok, we stay at the Atlântico because of his location and price. The decision also came after watching a YouTube saying some positive things. But the reality came crashing down quickly. Be aware that towels are replaced every two days and in a city of Rio you need sometimes two to three showers a day. Specially in the summer days. So, pretty much the towels get soiled and stink. If you complain, nothing will be done. And not even that: towels might not be replaced immediately or in the morning after you left. Maybe sometime in afternoon, of they get dry from the laundry. I don’t understand this kind of management. Based on greedy things. We witness an old lady trying to get a towel for her shower and the receptionist was like apathetic and not willing to help her getting a TOWEL because he needs to follow whatever owner/management told them. Was a crazy situation and I believe was not solve. Our room was old with mold. Also moldy in the bathroom. The shower bathroom (box) was leaking water so the floor was always super wet. There’s no way to change the speed of the a/c. The lock windows was not closing properly ( actually: broken). The breakfast was not impressive: in three days straight the meals was always the same. Sometimes there wasn’t enough forks, knives, plates even coffee. I understand the peak hours, but it took forever to bring fresh brew and utensils so big lines were formed.A management based on being cheap with the guests it’s what it is.The area is expensive!

Getting clean towels are always an issue, as well as getting them to respond to issues you may be experiencing in your room. They never came to unlock my safe so that I could put my valuable things in, I had to share a safe with a friend that was there.

The room safe box was broken and in spite of many phone calls, no one came to fix it. The restaurant staff wanted to charge me for a plastic spoon! The bathroom at the reception area was dirty all the time. The ceiling lights and Wi-Fi in my room weren’t working.

The property is nice and in a great location close to the Metro and beach. The rooms are nice and recently renovated. The check in is not good. It is so big l busy and always has a line up. My room had no towels on check in. I asked and didn't get them. I had to go back several times and wait in line and then was given only two towels. My room was missing a door knob on the bathroom and they never fixed it. The wifi is terrible and rarely works.

Never again, I booked this place for my 70 years old grandmother! They placed her in a room with no windows, no AC, no Wi-Fi or a working TV. When she complained about it, they mistreated her 😔 and on the se one day she noticed bedbugs on her bed. So disappointed!

A little farther off tracks than it’s cousin the Atlântico Copacabana, and marginally more comfortable. Outdated in everything )including the breakfast buffet) . Poor check in experience (1 staff at 6:30pm on a Friday). Kudos to the photographer, who managed to make it look a million dollars. Since it is cheap, can’t complain: you get what you paid for. 2 tiny 4 pers elevators + 1 service elevator (no bigger) is definitely NOT enough for a 17 or 18 -I don’t recall- stories hotel!

I stayed here before,which was ok. This time was pretty bad. First we checked in and went to our room. There were no towels and black mold on the wall. We went to the front desk and they gave us a different room. This one didn’t have towels either. Back to the front dest a young man helping me, after 15 minutes of waiting, in 5 minutes you’ll get the towels. Waited 20 minutes in my room, no towels. Back to the front desk. This time a woman called someone on walkie talkie. She said someone is coming with the towels. Waited another 20 minutes. No towels. Back to the front desk. We wanted the towels to shower so we could go out to dinner. Back to the young man. I tell him l would like to see the manager. He told me you will have to find him. Now I’m upset. I told him to get me some towels. He was raising his voice back to me. Finally he goes and comes back with two shower towels that were still damp. Then he takes two hand towels from behind the counter. These towels were so gray that I would use them to wash my car. Customer service sucks. Look for another hotel.
