The bathroom was quite dirty with some of the trim being rotten from mould and whatnot. The bathroom also had gnats in it. The curtain for the window was also broken and had major holes in it. The staff were very friendly however and helped me out in my travels.

The room was not clean, the bed was old with a lot of torn and stains, the sheets had stains, the towel was very old and in bad shape, there was mold in the bathroom, no service in the room like water, the door was stuck and I need help to opened. The breakfast was not good at all.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

My connecting flight was delayed so I never made it to rio. I tried contacting the hotel several times before this happened and after it happened, and the hotel never responded. Terrible customer service. I have reported the incident to hotels.com

EStrutura do hotel é boa , porem muito mal preservado, sem manutenção, banheiro mofado, colchão cherando mal, não tinha tolha pra tudo mundo, eu pedi 3 vezes , mesmo assim so entrgou no dia seguinte.. quarto espaçoso, no tv so tem canal aberto , esperava muito mais..... localização horroso, rua e as redondesa é muito feio pessimo... ja mais voltaria... Cafe de manha ok, simples mas foi o melhor

Terrível No check in teve gente que ficou mais de 3hr, teve barraco, ambiente sujo, o quarto não tinha NADA a ver com o superluxo que peguei, ferro não tinha, tentava ligar pra recepção e NENHUM canal atendia, o ambiente parece um bordel, todo escuro, toalhas tão desgastadas que estava até transparente, coberta também não existe, só um lençol zinho fino que já fica na cama, são tantas camadas….

Me colocaram num quarto com 2 camas de solteiro juntadas, nao tinha quarto com a cama de casal, sendo que eu paguei mais caro por um quarto "luxo" e dormimos em uma cama que dividia no meio. A pia do banheiro estava entupida e pra completar o hotel nao tem frigobar em nenhum quarto, nunca vi isso na vida

Quarto bom, mas tinha pó de bastante tempo nos abajures e embaixo da cama. No checkout pedi para darem um trato, quem sabe limpam melhor de agora em diante. Mas o quarto é bom, a cama é excelente, chuveiro bom e o restaurante do hotel é muito bom, tem almoço e jantar e é ótimo, muita variedade no buffet e o café da manhã que já é incluso é muito bom também!

Localização, café da manhã e cama bons. A estadia valeu por isso. Mas falta limpeza nos quartos e mais cordialidade da equipe. No dia em que cheguei não tinha toalha no quarto (nenhuma!!!), o telefone da recepção só chama, ninguém atende, mesmo tendo a informação de que é 24h. Funcionários nada simpáticos, exceto os do check in à noite.
