Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches und kompetentes Personal, atemberaubender Blick auf die Copacabana. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter aber alles fonktioniert und die Zimmer sind sauber. Beim Frühstücksbüffet gibt es nur wenig Abwechslung von Tag zu Tag aber es ist für jeden was dabei.

Absolutely, the best value hotel room in Rio that you could ask for. The staff is fantastic, the location is perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a room for 7 nights elsewhere, a couple of miles away, and I canceled my remaining 6 nights after one night and came immediately here. I was so glad I did. Breakfast is very good and the pool area on the rooftop is perfect.

La camera risulta datata e la pulizia non è stata accurata: polvere evidente sui mobili e sotto il letto, accumulata da tempo (foto allegate).Il coprimaterasso era estremamente sporco. Il letto in legno è vecchio e poco confortevole; testata, porta del bagno e applique presentavano accumuli di polvere che abbiamo dovuto rimuovere personalmente. Le doppie tende alla finestra sono ingiallite, con macchie ben visibili. L’insonorizzazione è praticamente assente: si sentono forti rumori dalle tubazioni del bagno adiacente, dal corridoio e dal condizionatore. L’armadio non è funzionale per due persone, poiché metà dello spazio è occupata dalla cassaforte. Il primo giorno lo scarico della doccia era ostruito dalla sabbia, causando un accumulo d’acqua di oltre 30 cm. Siamo stati trasferiti temporaneamente in un’altra camera per una notte; al rientro nella stanza originale il problema era risolto, ma ci è stata restituita solo una chiave invece delle due consegnate. Il receptionist Rosemberg ha reagito in modo aggressivo alla nostra segnalazione e alla richiesta di un duplicato. Durante il soggiorno, per due volte in 11 notti, la governante non ha lasciato carta igienica. Inoltre, la seconda chiave è nuovamente scomparsa il 1° gennaio 2026, presumibilmente prelevata dallo staff durante la nostra assenza.
