I had a nice stay ! Staff here did a fantastic job in customer service and overall very genuine people. Thank you! As for housekeeping ..:.they need a lot of improvement. My first room was covered in mold in the bathroom , the shower was broken where the mold accumulated by the drain. The bed skirt was filthy and the drain patio still had cup stains on the table. It also smelled damp and mildewy. Front desk changed my room without an issue, I showed pictures and I was given a humble apology. The next room was still ehh. The carpet was not vacuumed …not once since I was there. The same crumbs or whatever it was, never was removed. I Didn’t bother reaching out since I spent a lot of time touring , perhaps I should’ve. Overall the hotel is lovely, but my two rooms were not up to par . 7/10 rating. Also worth mentioning , there are a lot of stains on the facility furniture! Everywhere I went there are visible stains in the seats. It would be wise to not just wipe the areas clean but also use stain removers accordingly. Children and dogs are permitted and I found the children to be very loud in the dining area, specifically the sushi restaurant which has a more classy vibe. Thanks to the concierge and the staff in the spa, y’all are rockstars in my book!
