We had problems with the room assignment, it was not ready. We walked around while they were preparing it, we left our suitcases in the room. When we returned they had changed our room but the suitcases were still in the other room. Details In itself the hotel was excellent, its restaurant was very good and at normal prices. We were lucky to be served by GEOVAN. He made us forget about our problems and have the best stay. Thank you, Geovan.

The bathroom had mold growing around the base of the shower and the shower doors. The floor in the room were never mopped and poorly sweep. I was constantly having to request washcloths and towels. At the swimming pool there were tiles missing and mold going around the top edges of the pool.

This place is excellent!!! The service was second to none in Brazil. Carlos, Andres, Louis a young man was a great host, especially for Americans traveling to Brazil. The only negative but it's actually a plus is the placement of the hotel which is far from the action but it is a good thing because its safe from the chaos. Security in the lobby around the clock which is essential in Brazil. The elevator also has a card security to which you can only go to your floor so it provides security and takes away any stress of anyone randomly popping up and attempting any mischief. Brazil is beautiful and excellent place to visit. The Marriott is the best hotel to stay and this is not a bot writing this. Iam a new Yorker on vacation in Brazil for the first time and I loved it, the BEST SERVICE ALLOWED ME TO HAVE THE BEST VACATION

Ótima opção para quem vai a evento no Riocentro, pode-se ir caminhando. Quarto espaçoso e confortável, ótimo restaurante. Fique atento que o isolamento acústico dos quartos é péssimo, ouve-se tudo e o room-service encerra às 22h00.

Reservei uma estadia com cama king size. Paguei antecipadamente. Chegando, fui surpreendida com 2 camas Twins e me informaram que o hotel estava completamente lotado. Estamos falando de um Mariott, não de uma pousada pé de areia. Como não bastasse uma estadoa de casal, em camas separadas, a TV também estava com o QR Code desabilitado p YouTube. O técnico foi 2 vezes ao quarto e tb nao conseguiu solucionar. Um atendente procurou ser gentil, mas isso NÃO satisfaz. Absolutamente lastimável.
