"Room was a decent size, and the staff kindly upgraded me due to a leg injury. Breakfast was busy and often overcrowded, with the buffet fairly average. The lifts also broke down during my stay, which was a real nightmare given my mobility issues"

"Traveling to Brazil and I would assume other South American countries bring its own challenges for what Americans are use to. Hotel was really nice. You are asked not to flush your toilet paper though. The toilet has a bidet with it. It has two pools. One on the 4th floor and one on the 39th floor. ..."
