We stayed here one night on our way north. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was huge and the bathroom had a separate shower and stand alone tub. Great for a romatic night or some TLC while sipping wine and reading your favourite novel. The hotel and the rooms are a bit tired and need of a refresh, but still nicer than most hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good and the view spactacular.

The place was dirty. Found rubbish inside and outside the pool. Dirty glasses everywhere. Some rude workers. Won't come back. It's not worth it

Disappointed

Our initial greeting was nonexistent. We arrived late at night and the front desk lady was apparently doing something with the man at the desk. But there was no recognition of our presence. Neither one was talking and the man was looking at his phone. This went on for 5” when my husband said, “we are here to check in,” The lady told him she would get to us after she finished working with her colleague. Still, no greeting. Another 7” went by, and eventually she gave him some papers and he left. Only then did she say “good evening can I help you?” No apology nor thank you for waiting, and obviously no smile. We checked in finally, but we will not be coming back. Also, the valet man refused to park our van.

Excelente hotel. La única crítica es a el desayuno lo sirven después de las 8:30. Teníamos que irnos antes y nos armaron un box para llevar pero muy escaso. Tendrían que servir el desayuno antes como en la mayoría de los hoteles.

Gostei do hotel com ressalvas dos colaboradores

Comprei dois dias separados, fiquei duas horas esperando ! Só deixam entrar no apto às 16 horas certinho. Gostei achei tudo ok, mas me Senti constrangida na saída do café da manhã HOJE. Uma moça de azul estava na saída e eu estava com UM SUSPIRO NA MÃO ( pois meus filhos queriam sair do restaurante) e peguei um para provar enquanto saia ! Ela fez eu jogar no lixo! Isso na frente da minha família e de outros hóspedes! Bem desnecessário! Vou ver como resolver essa situação quando chegar no Brasil ! Em geral os colaboradores grosseiros

Hermosa Infraestrutura.

La infraestructura es muy buena. La atención, principalmente en recepción, deja mucho espacio para la mejora. Los botones tienen mejor predisposición que algunas personas de recepción.

Tuve que exigir mis beneficios vip access y fue muy incómodo porque parecía que me estaban haciendo un favor. No solo no me dieron ascenso de habitación si no que me dieron la peor, al lado del ascensor y con ruido infernal durante toda la noche de la gente pasando al casino. Además tuve que pedir 3 veces el espumante porque no lo tenían considerado. La verdad es que de VIP acces, nada.

Fuimos un domingo donde en la noche estaban todos los restaurantes cerrados. Estuvimos llamando toda la tarde para solicitar una plancha, hacer unas preguntas y pedir un tapón para la bañera y nedia contestó el teléfono en todo el día. Al hacer el check out pudimos ver cómo sonaba el teléfono y nadie lo contestaba. Check inn lento

Hermoso hotel. Pileta y jacuzzis excelentes. Zona de food trucks en el boulevard muy lindo. Habitación perfecta salvo limpieza, por la categoría del hotel muy pobre. Frigobar socio en el interior y olor a cloacas en la zona de duchas.

Estimados, Primero que todo la reserva por la categoría incluía una botella de vino que nunca la entregaron. La habitación bastante bien, sin embargo el televisor estaba rayado el vidrio. EL frigobar no funcionaba, lo mismo que el enchufe del escritorio. El servicio de GImnasio y Piscina si bien abren a las 9.00 am, no contaron toallas hasta las 10.30 hrs, lo mismo que muy tarde la apertura del gimnasio. Bastante ruidoso el sanitario( incluso se escucha de otra pieza) y también el aire acondicionado. Nos ofrecieron una botella de espumante y tampoco llego.

pesimo servicio

llegamos y habiamos reservado para pasar nuestra luna de miel, una cama super king, y encontramos dos camas separadas, hubo mucha demora en el checking, tanto que nos cerraron el restaurante de almuerzo. despues en nuestra habitacion la ducha estaba mala, las cosas del frigobar tibias, no enfria....todo pesimo
