"We were very positively surprised - all the more that we had no precise expectations. The hotel is furnished with a lot of taste and we enjoyed friendly moments with Paola the owner her 2 little princesses and her brother in law Yuri in charge of many things!"

"The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked through Expedia, so the fact that the kitchen was only available if you stayed 3 nights did not come through. Outstanding apartment
"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."
