The hotel is nice. Staff was not multilingual but pleasant. There is NO bar and NO restaurant. Listing is also misleading about breakfast. Hotel is close to bars and restaurants but one must walk. Parking lot is gravel.

The best room

I love the place. I travel a lot for my business and this is by far the best one. I had to stay again in Rimouski because of the storm I could not go back home and with this kind of room I could relax. Thank you

Parking lot is awful. Not even paved. Very hard to bring your belongings in. The hallway was very dark and not kept up well. The room itself was clean but nothing special considering the price. We had what they called a suite and river view, but it was difficult to even see the river. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

This luxury hotel has everything you would expect right down to the chocolate on your pillow. Secure parking is available and the view of the waterway was amazing. Beautiful room, spacious with kitchenette. Updated and very clean. I would definitely recommend.

Correct, sans plus. La vue sur le fleuve est décevante, on voit surtour des toits et le stationnement. C'est un hotel libre-service, le staff est pour ainsi dire inexistant. Il n'y a pas de resto et il faut savoir à l'avance que vous voudrez déjeuner pour qu'ils vous laisse qq chose dans le corridor. Vous ne pouvez pas décider le matin même. Je n'y retournerai pas. Il y a de meilleures options autour pour le même prix.

Très belle chambre. Grande avec tout le nécessaire, même une mini cuisine. Des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques gratuites dans le stationnement de l’hôtel. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.
