Hotel bem localizado, limpo, tamanho adequado. Atendimento na portaria sofrível. Funcionários não foram mal educados, mas sem um unico sorriso ou manifestação de boa vontade em cinco dias. Hotel anunciou e vendeu estadia com café da manha incluso e se recusou a oferecê-lo cobrando novamente por ele, sem qualquer possibilidade de negociação, mesmo demonstrando o anuncio. Cititax cobrada é mais cara que outros hoteis da mesma regiao no mesmo periodo. Hoteis.com foi decepcionante no atendimento, nao resolvendo a situacao , nao cumprindo o anuncio e de. Oferecendo "bonus" que equivaleu a 25% da taxa cobrada(novamente) pelo Hotel, sem qualquer outra opcao de negociacao.

Per doverosa correttezza premetto che non posso esprimere alcun giudizio sul soggiorno, non avendolo materialmente effettuato, né tantomeno sulla qualità della struttura, che pertanto non intendo menzionare o valutare.
Ciò che mi preme rappresentare è il comportamento assunto dalla struttura in occasione di una mia sopravvenuta impossibilità, per ragioni di salute, a recarmi sul posto. Ho tempestivamente avvisato sia tramite il portale Expedia, attraverso il quale avevo perfezionato la prenotazione, sia direttamente la struttura medesima mediante invio di comunicazione e-mail, nel dichiarato intento di liberare quanto prima la camera e consentirne l’eventuale riutilizzo da parte di altri ospiti.
Malgrado la correttezza del mio agire e l’intervento diligente degli operatori Expedia — che desidero pubblicamente elogiare per professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità nel tentativo di mediazione — la struttura ha ritenuto di applicare comunque la penale totale, senza alcuna considerazione delle circostanze né un minimo segnale di apertura verso la clientela. Ancor più deludente il silenzio serbato alla mia seconda comunicazione, rimasta priva di qualsivoglia riscontro.
Ritengo che un atteggiamento così rigido e privo di sensibilità verso le esigenze del cliente finisca con il tradire quello spirito di accoglienza e di ospitalità che dovrebbe animare il settore alberghiero. Molte altre strutture, in situazioni analoghe, mostrano comprensione e flessibilità, evitando di gravare
