A nice wintersports hotel close to the railway and ski slopes, has equipment rental and restaurant. Had a very small but clean room for a reasonable (for Scandinavian stads) price.

The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The accessibility to the slopes was convenient. The internet did go out while I was there, and there were minimal offers to help mitigate my troubles with that. I did not have Swish, which was the only payment accepted. They wouldn't even take cash. In this event, it would be nice to have some things offered free of charge or have the ability to pay with cash. I was not even able to eat lunch one day.

Super logement que je recommande

Hotel tres bien situé en bord des pistes et la chambre avait une belle vue dégagée qui nous a permis d’observer les levées et couchés de soleil ainsi que les aurores boréales. Un super logement avec un petit déjeuner tres bien fourni. Je recommande cet établissement!

Det positiva är att hotellet finns så det går att bo i riksgränsen. Annars är det lite som att vara fast på en nöjespark utan karuseller i flera dagar, dyra rum, dyr mat och risig service.

Vi upplevde det… Ostädat och smutsigt. Luktar omklädningsrum och sur öl i gången från repan till konferensen. Personal med dålig service känsla. De verkade ha skygglappar och hade svårt att svara på enkla frågor. Allt skulle beställas på hemsidan. När man pratade med hovmästaren på plats i restaurangen var det tom svårt att få boka bord. Undrar vad som hänt med fina Gränsen som var ett så gemytligt och genuint och trevligt fjällhotell…? Det enda som fortfarande är bra är berget. Tänker tyvärr inte åka tillbaka förrän stora förändringar är gjorda, framförallt med utbildning av personalen.

Dålig upplevelse

Mögel i restaurangen, dålig ventilation och dåligt städat på rummet. Kunde inte infria löften om att det skulle finnas dragna längdskidspår trots bra snömängd. Fanns bara en restaurang att äta middag på och det var dyr och överdrivet lyxig mat som inte passade in.

Härlig rekreation på Hotell Riksgränsen

Mycket hjälpsam personal. Alla var respektfulla och naturligt glada, både på hotellrummet och liftvärdarna. Fantastisk utsikt från hotellrummet. Mycket litet rum, bodde ensam i rum för två och det var bra. Mycket prisvärt boende. God frukost.

Inga rekommendationer till mina bekanta.

Rätt OK hotell men dessvärre övervägde inte den goa kännslan. Snikigt att inte poolaccess ingår! Dåligt matudbud. Antingen väldigt enkelt/ enformigt eller helt överprisat och miniportioner. Det är ingen Michelinkrog skidåkare behöver.
