"The hotels staff were pleasant and very helpful and the amenities of the room at the price point were excellent. The cleanliness of the room was sub par enough to take this from a 5 star experience to a 3. I would stay here again though, but I would come expecting to do some cleaning upon arrival."

"I will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated that, unlike many hotels, there weren't any appliances or outlets that had lights on them. Usually, I have to cover multiple glowing lights at night to sleep. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean. After a long car ride, I made use of the hot tub and pool, which were both clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant and bar staff. They make a very good vodka martini. The location is excellent - close to the airport without airport noise and with easy access to Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton. "

"My stay was horrible they tried to charge me $275 for a broken lamp that was already broken! Additional $50 for bedding because of red dye that was out of my control. I called the facility the manager was disrespectful hung up on me multiple times. I wouldn’t go back even if I wanted to. They put me on a do not return list and I’m okay with that because they are very disrespectful in there. I wouldn’t stay there especially if you have an issue and have to talk to a manager! "

"When I arrived for check in the lady at the front desk was very rude,and inconsiderate of my needs for that night @the grand eastonian hotel,when I arrived to the room there was no assistance on that evening I was told when I called in about things not working in the room.She said there was no one to assist me.There was many thing’s that were wrong with the room,that this lady would not assist with during my stay.The lighting at the dining room table didn’t work.We had to eat are home cooked meal in the dark,then the toilet was not flushing properly,and the balcony outside was disgusting.Cigarette butts all over the ground,along with a dead bird out on the balcony,and not to mention,it rained that night,which led to a guest of mine going outside,and stepping into a big puddle to get her shoes,socks,and bottom of her pant legs soaking wet.I love the Grand Eastonian,and I will stay again,but it should of been a little bit more professional by the staff with considering my needs as a paying customer.Thank you"
