Hotel ski - randonné très bien situé à 5 minutes à pied du téléférique et donnant sur les pistes. Un peu vieillissant cependant. Personnel aux petits oignons et adorables.

Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Situé, à 4minutes des télécabines excellent petit déjeuné digne d’un 4 etoiles. Variété des produits. Petit déjeuner correct. Très peu insonorisé entre les chambres, donc quand le voisin du dessus se lève à 7:00, tout l’hôtel se réveille… C’est normal pour un chalet qui est au moins centenaire. Pas de climatisation, mais en ce début septembre, l’air frais de la montagne suffit à bien dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Nous avons très bien dormis.

Optimale sympathische Ski In/Out Unterkunft

Sehr sympathisches Ski In/Out Hotel mit einer tollen Lage und einem leckeren Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach (2 Sterne Unterkunft) und etwas ringhörig.

Marvellous Hotel - exceptional Owners

I really loved this little hotel - it was basic but clean and functional. The included breakfast was excellent and I can't say enough good things about the owners, Brit and James - they were genuinely passionate about making our stay as good as possible - when we had to leave very early on the last morning to get a flight they made up a free "Breakfast-to-go" for each of us. We also ate in the restaurant on the first night, and the food is also excellent. We went with the white wine James recommended, and my buddy, who is a bit of an oenophile, was very happy - especially for the price. I'm definitely returning to both Riederalp, and Berghaus Toni.

Bien situé, personnel très serviable et souriant. Chambre petite mais propre. Petit déjeuner correct. Proche à pied du téléphérique. Très peu insonorisé entre les chambres, dont bruyant. Pas de climatisation pour les journées chaudes de l'été et peu de circulation d'air dans la chambre même la fenêtre ouverte.

Empfang und Restaurant waren Freundlich und Gut. Das Zimmer war in einem Unzufriedenen Zustand und sehr schlecht unterhalten. Die Duschkabine hatte Schimmelrückstände und die WC Schüssel hatte braune Ablagerungen.

Family ski getaway

Great place to stay right on the slopes. Very comfortable family room with fantastic views. Good restaurant with extensive choice and good kids options. Kids toys were fabulous for our kids. Friendly staff and great access to ski area. Nice and quiet at night

Unique hotel and stunning location

This is an AMAZING place. It's very rustic and 60 years old but it is in the most beautiful little village perched on the edge of a mountain accessible only by a gondola. The public areas are modern and beautiful and the on site restaurant is quite good. The managers?/owners?, James and his wife, are friendly and engaging. We LOVED this place. It was sunny the first day and snowed on the second and we've sent many pictures of the gorgeous Alps to our family back home.

Un balcon sur les Alpes !

La chambre était parfaite avec un grand balcon et une vue magnifique sur les Alpes. L'hôtel se situe à quelques pas du sentier panoramique qui offre de magnifiques vues surplombant le glacier d'Aletsch. Accueil efficace et sympathique. Repas généreux et d'excellente qualité. Une belle adresse à conserver et à recommander sans hésitation !!!

Great typical mountain atmosphere

The rooms are clean, basic comfort, somewhat „rustic“ but that was expected and fitting to a mountain atmosphere. The restaurant however was top notch, really modern and great food, great location. We will come again.

Chambre correcte, et tout le reste excellent!

Un super emplacement, un accueil chaleureux. Le restaurant est vraiment tres agreable, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. La chambre et la litterie sont bien, mais nous avons trouvé dommage qu´il n´y ait pas de porte pour la salle de bain de cette chambre pour trois personnes. Meme un rideau aurait suffit pour pouvoir circuler hors de la chambre ou utiliser les toilettes (separees) quand quelqu´un se douche.

Gezellig familie hotel en de hond mag ook mee

Berghaus Toni ligt in Riederalp West, dichtbij de gondel. Onze bagage werd netjes opgehaald door de sneeuwmobiel, zelf moesten we een klein stukje naar boven lopen. Het hotel ligt in een prachtige omgeving en we werden vriendelijk onthaald. We konden nog niet direct inchecken aangezien we wat aan de vroege kant waren, maar onze bagage mochten we wel direct stallen. Het hotelrestaurant is zeer gezellig ingericht en het eten is fantastisch. De kamers zijn wel erg gedateerd (en wat gehorig) maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken want we hebben een fantastische ski week gehad. Berghaus Toni ligt direct aan de piste, wat wel zo handig was want je klikt de skies aan en je skied zo naar de gondel die je nog eens wat hoger brengt. Onze dochters gingen op skiles en dat ligt wel wat uit de route, want de ski school is een stuk verder weg. Het was ongeveer 15 tot 20 minuten lopen, maar zo hoog in de bergen is dat best een pittige opgave. Na een paar dagen kwamen we erachter dat je met een speciale skischoolbus opgehaald kon worden, dus daar hebben we de laatste paar dagen ook maar goed gebruik van gemaakt.

Zentral gelegen - wunderschöne Aussicht

Gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber, Einrichtung jedoch dringend Erneuerungsbedürftig. Fernseher war defekt, Fenster konnte nicht mehr geschlossen werden, eine Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen. Frühstück gut. Personal sehr freundlich.

Great Location for hiking

The location is great, especially for hiking around the Aletsch area. The house has a great rustic atmosphere, and the staff is super friendly . The food was so-so (ordered the steak medium and got it blue), and the promised double-bed were two single beds pushed together.

お部屋は広かったのですが、電話もないし・・山荘のようで、全く快適ではありませんでした。 エレべーターもなく、狭い階段を荷物を持って上がらないといけません。 値段に見合わないホテルでした。でもリーダーアルプの村からの景色はとっても素晴らしく、他とは又違う180度の絶景を眺めながら、とてもリラックスできる静かな村でした。

The hotel is near to the cable car station and is quite old. The room is small but the bathroom is comparatively large. There is no hair-dryer, internat, refrigerator or air-conditioner in the room. However, the restaurant is quite modern and comfortable with excellent view. We had a great dinner there. We are overall satisfied with the hotel at such a low price.
