The rooms terribly need updating. Horrible smell, dingy carpets, loud rusty air conditioner, horrible mattress. The staff was very nice and so was the lobby but unfortunately the room is the most important part and it was seriously not what I ever would have expected from an establishment with the Hilton name at the price I paid. I’m beyond disappointed.

Location was not accessible for public transit and it was terrifying trying to turn into the hotel entrance. Facilities are lovely

Hi Lori, thank you for taking the time to fill out the survey. Just an FYI, there is a bus right outside the hotel that goes to NYC and another that goes to other local attractions. I live in NYC and take it every day:-)

The hotel was not upto Hilton standards. The room and bathroom were not clean and looked outdated. The bedsheet had a red stain and we had to request to change it. The breakfast manager lady was rude.

The experience at the hotel really ruined an otherwise nice family vacation. The staff at the hotel is aweful. We sat around for almost 2 hours after traveling all day and our room was over an hour late for our check in. 1 person servicing the front desk thankfully speaks english but barely has enough time to deal with any issue or request. They won't give enough towels for the pool, which was rat packed- when you'd ask for TOWELS they brought another 4 for the pool area shelf and you'd have to run and grab them before the other people who also need towels did- Never mind getting a new set of towels for your room! The room was far from clean. My fridge broke day 1. Hich they replaced. Who knows if ill be charged. Still yet to see. There's no bar or resteraunt, it's a breakfast a la carte type stand? Which is run so poorly- their server is a miserable man who can barely speak/ understand english. Also open only until 10am and an adult has to go down so don't try to allow your kids to go get something. They'll tell you after they cook your a la carte item that they don't have bacon or homefries but "you got extra sausage." Which they will also charge you for despite it not even tasting good enough for the dog and you specifically said you didn't like. I also told the unpleasant server that I'd bring it up with the hotel as he asked me to but he followed me tho the desk infront of lobby of guests and yelled over me in broken English so i couldnt even solve my issue at the front

The people who worked in the hotel were rude, particularly Felix. There was garbage left in the drawers of the previous guests and customer service was beyond awful.

I liked this hotel overall. Very clean rooms but the AC unit in our room was a bit rusty and poses a health hazard.

One of our favorite hotels in Bergen County. Close to NYC, but safe & quiet. Perla at the front desk was lovely and accommodating. She made our stay very enjoyable! The breakfast was excellent, too.

I didn’t like the fact that on the website, it said it was a smoking room, and when I arrived, it’s not even a smoking hotel, then to sit outside and smoke there was not one place to sit so you had to stand along the front door while people came in and out so now I was not happy with your hotel Would look forward to a refund. Hi Miss Nelson,Sorry for any confusion but our property is 100% smoke free. I went to the Expedia site and nowhere does it say we have smoking rooms but it does say under Property Amenities we are !00% Smoke Free.

If you get there at night, make sure to ask for Felix, we visited from Rhode Island for NYFW and we didn’t have any idea about transportation and other information in there, Felix was the best, he gave us so much information, he gave us the name of apps to use while in NJ and NY for transportation, he gave us a list for places to eat, overall it was a great experience for us thanks to him, also to the lady that helped us multiple times when our keys were not working very well to get in the room.

The only thing is that you can hear the traffic passing by on the highway. I thought the room had soundproof windows. I couldn't sleep well.

Hi Anibal, unfortunately those windows are not sound proof but I have moving forward instructed that any window replacement done on that side of the hotel to be done with sound proof windows. Thanks for the overall good score!

The night staff was amazing, complimented me and my boyfriends outfits as we were headed out to new york. The place is clean, the pool was nice. Wish there was some supervision because of other people hogging areas longer than the recommended time. Was very nice room, always had new towels and sheets the next day
