Staffs doing their job! Owner not so much!

The staff is very friendly & helpful, and the room and common areas very clean. But the owner needs to paint the water marks on the ceiling of room, replace very old bathroom fixtures and spiff the place up.

The carpet was pretty dirty and stained and the faucets for both the shower and sink were really old and hard to use. The staff didn’t give us the WiFi code and there wasn’t much cell service in the area. There was plenty of parking which was nice.

This was once a very nice place to stay, but the maintenance and upkeep is not as good as it could be. The pool gate malfunctioned and was not clean. Our bathtub faucet would not turn off and the sink faucet was also faulty. The staff was very nice though.

The stay was very nice, but my problem was getting a receipt. Hotels.com said if I paid at the hotel, they could not generate a receipt, but the hotel could not generate a receipt because I used Hotels.com to book the room (even paying at the hotel).
