「Fantastic location. Great breakfast. Very gracious hosts.」

「Breakfast was great with hot options like eggs, sausage and make your own waffles along with cereal, toast, etc. The room was very clean. The only criticism is that the heating/air conditioning unit in the room was loud. I don't know if it was just my room but I turned it off due to the noise when sleeping.」

「Breakfast was good, the staff constantly replenished any items that were running low and were very friendly. Had some communication issue with front desk and room wasn’t made up one day. Bed was comfortable」

「Upon arrival we were shocked to see complete front entrance demolition/ remodeling! We honestly thought the place was closed and we were at the wrong location! After a few seconds, we notice temporary arrow signs leading us to a temporary entrance. Thank goodness. Staff greeting was professional and pleasant. No mention of the demo. We were promptly checked in and given our room #. Room was wonderful and no complaints other than location. First floor, right next to "new entrance" and double...

「A clean, pleasant hotel with lots of light and friendly staff in the middle of little Leonardtown. I actually asked the front desk if they were new because of how clean everything was and they said they did a major renovation about 5 years ago. Easy (and FREE) parking across the street. Our room (a king bed) was clean and quiet. If we're ever in the area again, this is where we'd stay.」

「Great stay」

「Nice atmosphere. Cabinets create a very narrow passage from room entrance to bedroom area. A big hazard for tripping. Also cracked tile in bathroom.」

「This is an older hotel that really hasn't kept up to today's expectations for the average hotel guest. But, for the price, I got exactly what I expected, that being a clean room, a place to bathe, a small kitchenette and a place to sleep. The staff was friendly & helpful. For those giving bad reviews for this place, I'd only remind them that this was by far, the cheapest place around. I only paid $64 per night, so I think I got a good deal.」

「If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.」
