「Lovely room. Fab bath! Great choice on tv. Clean. All we needed.」

「Was supposed to be here for 2 nights, first night first room, TV not working, Wifi not working and no hot water! Moved me to a new room turned out to have the same issues. When I reached the hotel for the second night I was told. there is still no hot water so left the hotel and stayed elsewhere. The room was booked in advance and have contacted the hotel via Expedia twice to try and get a refund for at least the second night and not heard from them at all.」

「All the staff are all really friendly and helpful, they responded my email quickly before my stay. I was supposed to get a mail delivered at the hotel and they tried their best to keep looking for my mail. It was really helpful for them to do so. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is good, supermarket is just next to it and town centre is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to all.」

「Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station.」

「Place was thilthy not a triple room radiator hanging off the wall its house of multiple occupancy full of loud smack & crack head all shouting in the corrudor day & night cane back to mental health nusre banging like crazy said wanted the girl in our room who id atually seen & she said thats my room your in so then was worried about who had keys this place is nothing like advertised You shoukd not mix long term residents with issues with paying guests it was very frightening going out the room...

「DISGUSTING. We found BED BUGS in our room while traveling with our 3-year-old. We had to strip our child immediately out of fear she’d been exposed. Absolutely horrifying as a parent. Our entire trip was ruined. We had to cancel an important appointment and drive FOUR HOURS back home the same day. Completely unacceptable and beyond unsanitary. No family should ever stay here. Avoid at all costs.」

「Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. 」

「no signs for reception, doors were locked and there was no number or bell to ring, no wifi, no rubbish bin in room, curtains too small for the window, no toiletries, car park poorly lit, it looks like the hotel is under some sort of renovation, raining last night and the gutter was leaking」
