I love our stay here at the Red Roof Inn is Richmond IN! It’s extremely clean, and has a wonderful, welcoming Staff!! I definitely recommend staying at this property!!

Pillows were crap. No soap or shampoo in any other dispensers. Battery cover was off of the remote and on of the batteries look like an elephant had chewed on it. Remote did not work.

OK, but cleaning staff needs supervision.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, but there was disorganization. I was given a room that had not been cleaned, my key did not work nor did my neighbor’s key work in his door. Everything was quickly corrected. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, but the floor was sticky and there were bugs wandering around at night on the floor. All the soap dispensers were empty.

We really like this Red Roof Inn.

This is our second year in a row at this facility. Staff is fantastic! Nice rooms, clean! Comfortable bed, grocery store nearby. We look forward to the parking lot work being completed when we visit next year!

Clean and comfortable

Budget friendly hotel. I have certainly stayed in Red Roof and others in poorer condition. This hotel had no obvious repairs needed. The room was clean, and quiet. If I had one item of feedback, it would be that the pillows are cheap and small, and not comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.
