After staying 2 nights. I was forced to leave the property due to someone complaining about my music being too loud at 11am in the morning. Then front desk proceeded to knock on my door several times threatening to call the cops if I’m not checked out of the room in 15 min. Mind you I called and paid for a late check out for 2pm before 8am that morning. ALSO, front desk then lied and said that I have a balance due of $81 for the previous night stay? I corrected them multiple times and showed proof of my receipt that I paid for the night before I left that morning to go to work. I didn’t return back to the hotel until after 6pm. If I didn’t pay for the room, how were my keys still active and no one said anything to me until the following day when I was threatened and kicked out for my music being too loud. I should get a refund for my late check out that wasn’t honored. And to make sure the house keeping staff was given their tips that I also gave to them through the app. When I asked them did they receive any money or tips, they had no clue about that being offered on the app.
