「We stayed for one night as a stopover on the way North and were very happy that we picked this Inn. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate for our needs and in line with the price point. We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was nothing short of excellent with good quality ingredients, perfectly prepared.」

「Nce room but very warm in recent weather & bathroom window was locked could not open unbearable in bathroom. Need a parasol for sitting outside nice veiws .」

「The staff were great. I slept well despite the rattling window and the waterproof mattress. Everything was really clean except the area around the door handles, and the windowsills. One suggestion for improvement would be to have the corridor lights dimmed at night - I was the last one to go to bed in my dorm and the room flooded with light as I opened the door 😬」

「Enjoyed walking around some hills and by the river. Visited the Castle. The breakfast was very good. I was able to park my car every evening.」
